We offer up to 4 FREE virtual tours per property for ALL properties we market. This is a key selling point. Personal Advice Prior to Selling Before putting your property on the market, our highly qualified valuer will visit your property and give you individual advice not only on the best price to market your property at but also how to present and dress your property for sale. Our valuer can also talk you through the sale process in full detail, explain how you can obtain a HIP and give you advice on the legislation involved when selling your home. The ‘Pure Promise’ when marketing your property As experienced property professionals, we are aware that many agents don’t give their sellers enough feedback during the marketing process. To enable us to prove to our prospective clients how serious we are about the service we will provide, we have decided to make the following promises: Clients will be contacted on a minimum of a two week basis with regard to current market conditions, emerging trends and particular issues that surround their home. Feedback from viewings will always be provided within 24hrs (subject to receipt). Where physically possible all viewings will be accompanied by a member of the Pure Residential team as such that we can assess the initial and mid stage reactions of the prospective buyer, assist with questions that may be asked as well as helping our clients with uncomfortable questions that may arise. Each property that comes onto the market place will be visited by more than one member of staff as such that there will always be someone available who has viewed the property and can therefore describe it in its best light and answer those questions that a photograph or set of particulars are unable to answer. Negotiating the best possible price for you Our highly trained individuals have many years experience in negotiating property deals. This experience is essential and as your agent we are mindful that YOU are our client and YOUR best interest is our priority. Dedicated After Sales We believe that the after sales process is just as important as marketing your property. On a weekly basis updates will be provided for both buyers and sellers after contacting solicitors on both sides as well as agents involved in the chain.
