Pure Lettings is an established business in Norwich and North Norfolk and after numerous requests from clients of ours that we undertake the step to move into estate agency we have decided with our established brand and work ethic now is the right time to embrace this.

- Where physically possible all viewings will be accompanied by a member of the Pure Residential team as such that we can assess the initial and mid stage reactions of the prospective buyer, assist with questions that may be asked as well as helping our clients with uncomfortable questions that may arise.
- Each property that comes onto the marketplace will be visited by more than one member of staff as such that there will always be someone available who has viewed the property and can therefore describe it in its best light and answer those questions that a photograph or set of particulars are unable to answer.

We believe that the after sales process is just as important as the pre sale timeline for any property in the marketplace and as such we have dedicated after sales process’s where on a weekly basis updates will be provided after contacting solicitors on both sides as well as agents involved in the chain, because of the experience of our after sales department there is a good local rapport with solicitors and a good local knowledge and conveyancing experience which will enable us to advise the best way forward for our clients.
